Description

Type 06-NCV: Nozzle check valve

DN50 - DN1200 PN10, PN16, PN25

The CTV spring-loaded nozzle check valve is a reliable, fast-acting check valve designed to prevent backflow and water hammer

in water pipelines in the event of a pump stop. All metal parts are made of stainless steel or epoxy-coated ductile iron.

Standards:

  • Face-to-face length according to EN558-1/14, for drinking water and other neutral liquids up to 80°C.
  • Standard flange according to EN 1092 (ISO 7005-2), PN10/16/25
  • Tightness according to DIN EN12266-1, leakage rate A/B.

Product properties:

  • Valve closes reliably due to spring-loaded valve plug before the flow can reverse and cause water hammers can cause
  • Optimized flow path minimizes pressure loss
  • Stem in stainless steel 420, spring in stainless steel A2 (AISI 304), bushing in alu-bronze
  • Castings epoxy coated, 250μm RAL 5015 (blue)
  • Centering spindle runs in high-strength aluminum-bronze bushings
  • For drinking water and neutral media
  • For horizontal or vertical installation

Features:

  • Coated with powder epoxy both inside & outside for corrosion resistance
  • Hydrodynamic design with spring ensures non slamming and water hammerless
  • Stainless steel spring hidden in the diffuser under protection while valve in operation
  • Disc will positively close before reverse flow, and maximize the closing speed up to 0.2 Sec
  • Installation can be vertical/horizontal/inclined. For size DN800 and up preferred vertical installation.
  • Comply with EN 558-1, ISO 5752 and EN 1092-2, ISO 7005-2 flange dimension
