Standards:

• Designed according to EN 12334.
• Face-to-face length according to EN 558 Table 1 Series 14 - F4.
• Standard flange according to EN 1092 (ISO 7005-2), PN 10, 16, 25, 40.
• Tightness according to DIN EN12266-1, leakage rate A.
• Pressure tests according to EN 12266.
• Hydraulic tests according to EN 12050-4.
  
  

Product properties:

• The stainless-steel shaft is fitted into the hood and provides good access for maintenance purposes.
• Sealing gasket made of EPDM.
• Body and Disc made of ductile cast iron with epoxy coating according to DIN 30677-2.
• Shaft made of stainless steel 1.4021 (AISI 420).
• The Hydraulic Damper attached to the Lever prevents hardclosing of the disc and offers therefor a Non-Slam/Anti Waterhammer solution.
• The Lever attached to the shaft indicates position of the disc. Weight on the lever supports opening/closing of the valve.
• All gaskets in contact with liquid made of EPDM rubber approved for drinking water.
