Range of application: Drinking Water. All parts in contact with medium according to UBA-KTW and DVGW W270 (optional NBR for sewage water).

Standards:

  • Designed according to EN 1074 part 1 & 2, Designed according to EN 1171.
  • Face-to-face length according to EN 558 Table 1 Series 14 - F4.
  • Standard flange according to EN 1092 (ISO 7005-2), PN 10, 16, 25.
  • Tightness according to DIN EN12266-1, leakage rate A.

Product properties:

  • Plastic guide(shoe) in the wedge for reducing torque.
  • Large conical spindle opening in the wedge prevents stagnant water.
  • Stainless steel spindle with wedge stops and rolled thread for high strength.
  • Full circumferential comb ring gives extra grip to stem and provides low torque.
  • Protection stem seal with an EPDM wiper, a POM gasket with four EPDM O-rings, and an EPDM lip seal.
  • Round, recessed bonnet gasket made of EPDM rubber.
  • Recessed and sealed stainless steel body screws enclosed by the hood seal.
  • Full opening without constriction.
  • Low torque.
  • Epoxy coating according to DIN 30677-2.
